We will ship Canada Post unless otherwise specified. We have set up a shipping system that is close as we can get to the actual shipping costs. If there is a significant difference in cost we will refund the overage.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
We will issue a refund to goods returned to us in new condition. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and in good repair and clean. The shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be made after the customer covers the shipping costs of returning the item they received and cover the costs of shipping the new product.
