Pattern is UNCUT/factory folded, copyrighted 1988. Comes in its original plastic envelope.

It is never too early to start on your Christmas sewing.

Vintage patterns may have some envelope wear, tears, hand written notes, store stamps, or age spots.Pattern stored in my smoke free home.

❖ DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Most items will be shipped First Class Mail (3-10 business days) or can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Heavier items may be shipped through a different method. I can upgrade domestic first class mail to priority mail if you notify me before purchasing or I can send you an invoice for the difference.

❖ My shipping prices include the cost of packaging and shipping supplies plus delivery confirmation. Insurance is separate so please convo me if you would like it. All vintage patterns will be packaged for there protection in a plastic zip closed bag.

❖ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Most international items will be shipped through USPS International First Class Mail (2-6 weeks). Please be aware of your country's policy/fees. "INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS, PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes/VAT/GST and any other country's import fees or charges ARE NOT INCLUDED in our item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility. This policy hereby supersedes any other verbiage on all RomasMaison listings. "

❖ I can not replace lost items to International locations if insurance was not purchased. International Buyers are responsible for being aware of approx. shipping times to your location and ordering items in time to meet your needs.

❖ We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

❖ I try to ship every Tuesday and Friday. If you require an item for a specific date please convo me so that I can upgrade shipping if needed at an additional price.

❖ Any additional services including Signature Confirmation, Registered, Insurance, etc. please contact me regarding your needs and we will send an invoice.

❖Please make sure that you have an accurate - updated address in Paypal. I can not be responsible for delayed shipping when the address is incorrect. I ship to the Paypal address when PayPal is used as payment, unless otherwise instructed.

Payments

❖ PayPal or ETSY direct credit card please. If you are unable to make payment within 24 hours of purchase and do not contact me to make other arrangements, the sale will be canceled and the item re-listed.

❖ If paying by a PayPal e-check, the item will not be shipped until the check has cleared. Clearing time on a payment made by e-check through PayPal is about 7 days.

Returns & exchanges

❖ Most items are vintage and pre-loved, therefore will have some wear. I will describe items to the best of my ability but I do make mistakes. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless item is not as described. Please submit questions prior to purchasing, Thank you!

❖ If an item is not as described please let me know within 2 days for a return or exchange.***** I can not replace or refund items lost by the post office to International locations if insurance was not purchased.

❖For an exchange or reimbursement, quality photos showing details of all the damaged items must be submitted. Also, photos of the outside of the box should be included. I will gladly offer a full refund excluding shipping costs.

Additional policies

❖ Items Reserved (Hold): If you are interested in purchasing an item, but need to wait for a short period, please just let me know. I can reserve an item for you for a short time; unless otherwise discussed, items will be held for no longer than 7 days.

❖ In the interest of saving trees, I will submit an invoice only if requested. Since these are available online I want to limit the amount of paper I use. Thank you for your understanding. If you want an invoice please send a note to seller.

❖ I also recycle and reuse shipping materials, if you would like a gift bag for your purchase please let me know.

❖ Promo/Coupon Codes will occasionally be offered in the shop; to receive the discount, the code must be entered in during checkout at the time of purchase.

❖ Garment measurements are taken on the outside of the clothing. Let me know if you need additional measurements taken.
