Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds and/or returns only provided for non-delivery or goods damaged during shipping, so please ask all questions about MegannArt items before purchase. An exchange or repair may be available for damaged items (return of damaged item required). Buyer may be required to pay return shipping fees. Aside from refunds covered by shipping insurance, in most cases, a refund will be store credit.
