We ship from Canada 3-5 working days after your purchase date.
We ship via Canada Post Mail Without Tracking, unless otherwise stated. If you want your parcel to arrive sooner or to be tracked, we are happy to offer a postage upgrade.
Please send us a message before processing your order so we can work out the best arrangement as all sales are final.
We love our international customers! Please send us a message if something catches your eye and we can work out an accurate postage quote especially for you and your location.
We are not responsible for lost packages without tracking.
We package items the same way we would want them to arrive at our home.
All methods of payment are accepted. If for any reason you have a questions in regards to payment prior to purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns & exchanges
Please read the listing carefully and examine all photographs before purchasing! If you want to see more photos of an item or have questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
All sales are final unless the item is damaged in shipping, then the cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
We do everything we can to ensure that your item will arrive safely to you. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In order to have your purchase refunded, we will require photographic proof of damage. Please do not throw away the packaging and take photos! This will make the refund process quicker!
PLEASE NOTE: if you place and order and request to cancel it within the first minute or two after placing it, there will be a $5USD cancellation Fee (no exceptions).
Note regarding VINTAGE itemsl:
Due to the nature and age of the items we sell that there may be minor imperfections to the finish of some items such as slight cracks, chips or wear to glazes, but please be assured that we do not sell anything we wouldn’t be happy to use or display decoratively ourselves! Any major chips, cracks or defects will be mentioned in the description and photographed where possible. If you have any questions about the item you would like to purchase please contact us.
We make sure that every package we ship will arrive safe and undamaged with recycled shipping materials including air pillows, packing peanuts, packing paper and bubble wrap. We package items the same way we would want them to arrive to our home.
