I will ship your order 1-3 business days after payment is received. *PLEASE NOTE* during certain times of year the shipment time may increase, i.e. Christmas. If this happens, it will be in the Welcome Message.
I ship USPS Priority Mail as a default on domestic orders. Please note this includes US orders only. Delivery Confirmation is free with this service. If you would like insurance on your order, please let me know so I can send a revised invoice.
If you prefer another method of delivery (UPS, FedEx, etc.) please let me know and I will adjust price accordingly.
I can take orders through Etsy, PayPal, and Square.
Returns & exchanges
If an item is lost during transit I will work to recover or replace the missing package. But I cannot replace or refund your purchase unless I have received your return.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I accept returns on undamaged and unused items within two weeks of the date the item was received.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify me ASAP. I am happy to replace items that were damaged during transit. In order to file a claim with the carrier, I will need images of the damaged item before it is returned. I will send your replacement after receiving the original merchandise.
