105 yards each Lock spun thick Approx 9 ounces each hot water soak finishing Ready for immediate shipping
Beautiful soft natural Shetland wool from Benjen of Valley View Farm, Cheney WA. I washed and picked the locks with kid mohair and natural camel alpaca, just enough to open them. Then spun a thick primitive yarn on my Louet S 75 spinning wheel. Plying with a fine rayon boucle yarn. soaked in hot water to finish.
So soft and squishy.
You will love this natural yarn.
one of my handspun skeins, 105 yards, can be knit, crochet or woven into a good sized scarf. approx 7"x 60". request free with purchase pattern. Thanks for looking.
