Most items listed are ready to ship items unless we specify made to order in the description. We obtain proof of postage and tracking codes for ALL orders. All our items are sent 2nd class recorded delivery small parcel or large letter 2nd Class in line with royal mails current pricing policy.
All TURNAROUND TIMES are listed in product descriptions/listings and are amended as and when workloads change.
Please note turnaround times are the number of working days (Monday-Friday) from the day you order to the day we dispatch. Once the item has been posted we can not control the postal wait times for royal mail or courier companies. We use royal mail for the majority of orders unless a courier is required due to weight, in which case we will have agreed postage options and discussed their timescales prior to you ordering.

Recorded delivery UK- aim to deliver within 2-3 working days from dispatch date.
We do offer International Delivery across the whole shop as International Tracked and signed for. This protects you the BUYER and us The SELLER
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Paypal is the preferred method of payment as it covers both buyer and seller. All digital templates are immediate download and therefore non refundable once downloaded.
Payment must be made in full prior commencement of any work, this includes custom orders.
Returns & exchanges
"Returns and refunds are eligible 14 days from receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in original, unused condition before refunds are granted. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. A refund will be for the product price only.
Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Item must be in the exact unused condition that it was sent to you in. If an item is lost by a mail service then a refund will be granted when the mail service considers the parcel lost (e.g. Royal Mail to UK Mainland would be 15 business working days)
If an item is damaged a photo must be sent, to receive a return for an exchange or refund. Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
