All items for the exception of custom order are in stock with be shipped within 48 hours via USPS Priority Mail.
Any item which require crochet edgings, personalization or custom order may take up to 5 +/- business days to complete your order. All custom orders are quoted date of completion.
When ordering with multiple items in your cart the shipping might seem a little high. Etsy computes the shipping by weight and size of each item packaged. Cuddle Tyme Hemstitching refunds shipping overages of the actual shipping and handling fees. Once your items are packaged and weighted we can get the exact pricing then immediately issue a refund back to you. Please note, if your purchase was made with a credit or debit card, including a gift purchase, any refund will be credited back to that account.
Once items are in the possession of the U.S. Post Office, we will have no control over them. If there is a problem or delay with shipping you will need to contact the post office directly. All shipments will have delivery confirmation on them so you can track them.
