U.S. Buyers:
Invitations are shipped via Priority mail. The shipping charged at check out will be Priority shipping. Decor items may or may not be for Priority shipping. I try to offer the cheapest possible; however, if you are needing it in a short time. Please check with me. I'll confirm shipping method.

Express shipping is always and option. This typically arrives the next day after shipping. This does not mean I will have the item made the next day just that once it does make it to the post office it will be delivered the next day. This does cost more, so if you are needing this option contact me for a quote.


International Buyers:
Shipping quoted in the listing is for first class shipping. This can take up to 4-6 weeks to deliver. In my experience it is usually about 3; however, that is no guaranteed. Other shipping options are:
Priority International Mail (typically about 2 weeks)
Priority Express Mail (about 1 week)

These methods are more costly and cost will be calculated by weight. Please contact me if you are needing one of these options.

There is no circumstance where an international package will be made by me and arrive to you in less an 2 weeks. Please keep this in mind when planning your party.



I always ship through Etsy shipping services, so you will receive a message from Etsy that your package has shipped and it will also give you the tracking number. You can also access this information from your Etsy purchases page.

Insurance is not included in the shipping costs. Please let me know if you would like insurance added to your order.

All US packages come with Delivery Confirmation (at my charge.) Insurance is an additional $1.30 for any item. You will receive an email from Etsy with tracking information after I ship your package.

I also use Priority shipping boxes if the package is traveling Priority. Smaller first class items will arrive in padded envelopes


I accept Paypal payments and credit cards through direct checkout.

I do not schedule your order on my calendar until payment has been made. This means if we chat via Etsy conversation and we discuss an estimated shipping date it is not permanent until you pay for your order. I book up very quickly, so waiting to pay for your order may result in you not getting it in the original time frame discussed. Please respond to conversations and pay promptly.

Texas residents will be charged sales tax.

International buyers are welcome. Please keep in mind you are responsible for your own customs taxes and shipping. I am based in the United States. If you are out of the U.S. please tell me when we start conversing. It will help me give you an accurate shipping cost.

Once I start your order it can not be cancelled. My invitations are made to order, so please keep that in mind when placing your order.

Returns & exchanges

Custom items are made to your specifications and are nonrefundable. I do my best to send photos for approval every step of the way, so you know what your order looks like and can give your feedback as I create your custom item.

If you would like to purchase a sample to see in person before purchasing the whole lot that can be done. I'll set up a listing for a single card at single card prices and will send it to you. After you receive it you can decide whether to place the additional order. Keep in mind this takes time, so plan accordingly. I do not place an order on my calendar until the order has been paid for.

If you feel your nonpersonalized item is not as described and would like a refund you have 7 days from the day you received it to contact me and explain why the product doesn't meet your expectations. I will accept returns that are in like new condition. I will refund the full purchase price. Shipping charges are your responsibility.

I will help you file insurance claims with any objects that are damaged or lost in shipping. If you didn't purchase insurance Priority items automatically come with up to $100.00 in insurance. Any additional coverage costs extra.

Additional policies

I have a wide variety of party themes and designs in my shop. If you are looking for a party theme and don't see something already made I'd be happy to help you with a custom design.

There is a design fee of $15.00 for all custom designs. This covers the time and supplies I put into creating your new invitation. I will discuss with you what you want your cards to look like, and we will get a plan worked out together. After I create the sample card you will have 2 opportunities to fine tune the design. Additional changes beyond those two will be an additional $5.00 each. To help me get it right the first time please be as specific with what you want as possible.

If you are ordering 50 or more of the same design, I waive the custom design fee due to the high volume of your order.

Payment for all items are due before I start any work on your order. After we discuss what you are wanting I'll set up a custom listing for your order. After you complete checkout I'll get started on your custom design.
