Your package ships USPS First Class Mail (or First Class Mail International).
International shipping is available. I am not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I do ship to most countries with the exception of those listed below. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PURCHASE AND ITEM, TO DETERMINE SHIPPING RATES TO YOUR COUNTRY, if there is no listed price in my shipping menu.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all VAT, handling, duties and customs charges that may be incurred due to your countries import laws. Please contact your Postal Office before ordering as they will be able to tell you what to expect. Customs fees are imposed by your government and are not included in the shipping fees. Your country's customs clerks will add those, if applicable.
International orders will often arrive within 1-2 weeks of being shipped. Please be aware that they can take 6-8 weeks and possibly longer to arrive. I will provide you with a customs number when your order has shipped.
Apologies, but due to high theft rates, I do not ship to Italy or Mexico Central America, Cyprus, Turkey, Malaysia or Africa.
If you want your order to be shipped to an alternate address, please add this to the note to sender box at check out.
I accept Master Card, Visa, Paypal, checks or money orders (from US Post Office only) , within 3 business days of purchase. To use Paypal you do not need an account to use their services. If you choose Paypal as your payment method at checkout, after your order has been submitted, click "Pay Now" and further down the screen you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card.
Returns & exchanges
I always hope that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you find something wrong with your item(s) or it's not what you thought it would be, please let me know right away! Refunds/exchanges will be negotiated on a case by case basis. I will make every effort to work something out and to make every customer happy. Contact me within 10 days of receipt to discuss a return/exchange. You are responsible for the shipping charges for returns/exchanges back to me.
If after awhile your piece gets broken or no longer functions and requires repair, send me an email describing the problem. Please note that the vintage/used elements are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. However, if within a reasonable amount of time after purchase, ship it back to me and I will try to restore it to it's original condition free of charge.

Most of my jewelry has vintage parts & pieces. They could look rustic, weathered, unpolished, may have missing stones, some patina & show general vintage wear, which is the look I'm going for, not a mistake or bad workmanship. Clasps are usually new unless I have vintage in good working order. My chains are new or recycled. Please look carefully at the pictures!
