⭐️ Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail®, 2–5 days, and always include a tracking number.
⭐️ International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail® International + Insurance. Delivery time varies. Tracking numbers are included. As a seller, I am not responsible for any additional charges that are present due to your country's policies. These are separate charges from the shipping cost and I have no control over them. Please be aware of the shipping policies of your country.
***** I am not responsible for your package once it has been shipped. Regrettably, I am not able to offer compensation on items should they be lost in transit. If you are in doubt or live in a location where your delivered packages might be vulnerable, please let me know and I can include Signature Confirmation (someone has to be present to receive the package, and it will not be left in your mailbox or at your doorstep) for a small extra fee. Insurance can also be included for an extra charge, in which case if it is lost or damaged in transit, then it can be recompensated.
USPS First Class shipping includes tracking, but it is not always updated immediately. There are times when I will print a label the day before your item is in possession of USPS - if I won't be able to ship your item on time I will contact you through a shipping date update. I'm currently the only one running things and this makes the best use of my time. *****
⭐️ If your package isn't delivered to you because the address you provided is incorrect and it is sent back to me, you will need to give me the correct information and pay for shipping again. Also, I will not cancel or refund your original transaction if you decide not to pay for shipping to the corrected address. It is extremely important that you provide the correct address when you place your order. Sending me a message with the correct address after you place your order, doesn't always ensure the correct delivery. I do my best but having the correct address to begin with is important.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

RETURNS: the full sale price (minus shipping & handling) will be refunded. Item must be returned as it was received, including protective packaging, within 14 days. A restocking fee of 20% will apply as it takes a significant amount of time to select and pack these feathers.

IMPORTANT: Once an order is dropped off at USPS, it is out of my hands. Rest assured - USPS does a fantastic job and there have never been any conflicts with a shipment arriving safely and quickly to my customers. Tracking numbers (included with each order) are awesome, and you can monitor your package's journey to you. With that said, I cannot be responsible for the security of its arrival to you. Postage insurance is available upon request at your expense (an extra dollar or two), as well as Signature Confirmation...if you would like these extra postal services, message me and we will work it out.
For international customers -- due to the complications of postal services between two countries, please allow weeks, sometimes months, for your package to go through Customs. Sometimes packages are lost - if this happens in the USA then I can contact the United States Postal Service for more information. If this happens within your country, you must contact your postal service. If a package is returned to me due to problems with your address, or failure to receive/pick-up your package - please note that returns can take additional long periods of time - you will need to pay for shipping again. Otherwise, refunds on returns are subject to the 20% restocking fee.
