Stunning large rhinestone beaded appliqué; adorned with detailed beading and quality rhinestones, creating a rich pattern that is both glamorous and elegant. This piece is a full bodice applique, measuring approximately 50" in length (side to side) and 22" tall (Top to bottom). SHIPPING

▪ All "ready to ship" items will ship in 1 - 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or USPS International Priority Mail.
▪ "Made to Order" items take 4-6 weeks to create and are then shipped via USPS priority male (1-3 Days) with the U.S. or USPS Priority mail (7-10 days) for International Orders.
▪ Custom made dresses are shipped 10 to 12 weeks from the order date, unless a rush order has been placed. At that time an agreed upon ship date will be determined by both myself and the buyer.
Appliques and custom materials are shipped within 6-8 weeks.
▪ We always ship to the address you provide at the time of checkout. PLEASE LET US KNOW AT CHECKOUT IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS.
▪ Shipping prices are estimates. If the shipping is more then posted, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
▪ We ship most everything priority for U.S and International order unless otherwise requested by the buyer.
▪ Tracking is included for all orders.
▪ The listed international shipping rates are for standard shipping, please allow for extra time. International shipping can take up to two weeks.
▪ You the buyer are responsible for any and all CUSTOMS charges. Due to the nature of these packages being shipped internationally, we have no control over CUSTOMS processing times or additional charges. Please check with your local customs office for additional fees. Again, you are responsible for all additional fees.
▪ Once your item has been completed and shipped we release all liability. For this reason, and for both yours and our protection we include tracking on all items shipped domestic and internationally.


Payments

PAYMENT

▪ This shop accepts PayPal, credit card/debit cards. Tax will be included at checkout.
▪ Sample Gowns or Dresses, Fabrics and Sale Items are final sale as is and are non-refundable. We will accept a hold deposit of no less then 20% of your total cost and hold the item for up to 14 days within which time your remaining balance will be due.
▪ All custom orders must be paid in full upon purchase. We will accept a hold deposit of no less then 50% of your total cost which reserves your place in line. The remaining balance will be due within 14 days. Understand that we only start making your gown once it is paid for in full. Any items with a pending balance such as material of appliqués will only be shipped once payment is received in full.


Returns & exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you can appreciate that all items are custom ordered. For that reason we have the follow refund and exchange policies:
▪ All sales are final, please make sure you love it before you buy it.
Fabrics, Sample Gowns, Dresses and Sale Items are non refundable and all sales are final-no exceptions.
▪ On vary rare occasions we may issue a partial refund of up to 50% IF we are able to resell your order. This is on an individual/case by case basis and original buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
▪ This shop is made up of custom items, because of this we do not give cash refunds but a store credit may be issued.
▪ If a refund or credit is issued whether in full or in part, you agree to pay any and all return shipping fees including but not limited to packaging, duties, etc.
▪ A 20% cancellation fee will be applied to an order canceled prior to shipping. The 20% fee is based on the total cost amount.
▪ We do not offer refunds on custom orders. These items are made special for you and can not be resold to just anybody. Please be certain about your purchase before making it.
▪ If a custom order is canceled within 14 days and prior to production, you will receive a refund less the 20% cancellation fee.
▪ Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable after 14 days (this is not negotiable). If you change your mind we respect your decision and want you to be happy, however you will not be issued a refund.
▪ Hold Deposits for Sample Gowns or Dresses and Sale Items are non-refundable. The 20% cancellation fee will apply.
▪ We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason and without explanation. If your purchase is canceled by us a full refund will be issued.
▪ We strive to create items that meet your requests. Because of that we want to be as transparent as possible with our refunds and exchange policy; no hidden information. We are very straight forward, we will do our best to meet your requests with the utmost customer services.
▪ If for some reason you are have questions or are uncertain about something we will work with you to make it right.


Additional policies

ALTERATIONS
▪ We do not do alterations after the gown is completed and shipped, nor will we pay for you to have it altered in anyway by an outside taylor/seemetress. If there is a fit issue with your gown due to an error on our part we will be more then happy to fix it. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your gown with any questions. With custom orders we use your measurements which you have provided, but please keep in mind minor alterations may be necessary. This will insure that you will have the best fit!
▪ Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. All items approved for return must be sent back with a tracking number to insure its safe arrival. We assume no responsibility for items shipped with out a tracking number.

TIME LINE AND TURN AROUND
▪ We work hard to communicate our most updated turn around times based on our volume or orders. We will communicate any delays in shipments of other reasons that may effect you receiving your dress or item promptly.
▪ Custom Orders are completed in the order in which payment is received, if this date differs from the date of purchase.
▪ There is a rush order service fee for custom gowns. Please let us know if you need your item before the stated turn around time. Please let us know which dress you need and also your wedding date so we may better help you with rush service. **Please note shipping international can still take a few weeks so if you need express international shipping please let us know before you checkout.
