Standard shipping options is sent by standard letter mail. All USA packages sent via Standard Shipping will not have a tracking number. For tracking options and faster delivery times, please select upgrade options at the time of check out. Standard Shipping Delivery (door to door) can take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) Processing of the Handmade item (preparing for shipping) will take 1-2 business days
All orders are packaged in padded envelopes when shipped to help protect the item when shipped. Any damage to the product should be reported right away with a picture of the damaged item sent to me through a conversation link. No gift wrapping is available. This is the sole responsbility of the buyer
All orders are processed in the time of which they are received. Please ensure that you have enough time for the order to be processed and shipping prior to your event. Standard Shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Refunds will be issued for damaged items during shipping when a picture is provided of the damaged item. No refunds will be issued for items that do not arrive in less than the noted time for delivery ( please note estimated times for delivery via Standard shipping is 14 business days). (weekends and holidays excluded). Please ensure you have enough time to place your order prior to your event . No less than 2 weeks from the date of the event.
