We ship all DOMESTIC orders via USPS with a tracking number. We ship orders as soon as they are ready. This normally takes 1-2 weeks, but may take extra time during our peak holiday season. All of our items are handmade and made to order. If there is a delay, we will do our best to communicate this to the buyer. Because all items are handmade (and made to order), you have 3 days from the order date to cancel. After 3 days, a refund will not be issued.
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct when placing orders. If an order has shipped to an incorrectly provided address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

All ceramics are packaged with great care. We use bubble wrap and peanuts to ensure that your item arrives undamaged.
Returns & exchanges
We take pride in what we do. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If there is a problem, please let us know.
The buyer may return an item within 3 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the EXACT condition as it was sent and received. The buyer must pay all shipping fees. We will issue a refund for the ceramic piece(s) only. We recommend that the buyer purchase both tracking and insurance for the package.
Receipt of Item(s)
Please inspect your item upon receipt. If there is damage, please notify us immediately. If we are not notified within 3 days regarding any damage, we will consider all sales received in good condition and final.
In the highly unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please do not throw anything away. We will need pictures to file an insurance claim with USPS.
Individual Tree Bases
We paint these by hand in green or white. The green we use is as pictured in the listing. If the buyer wants a different green, it must be specified at the time of purchase.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to note the correct spelling of the personalization at time of purchase. All personalized sales are final.
