Double Gold is a recent release by Dr. Courtney Weber from Cornell University. The deep blush, golden champagne color berries are medium in size and have a conic shape. They are considered as having an excellent, sweet flavor. The plant grows vigorously, suckers freely, and shows tolerance to diseases. Double Gold can be grown as both a floricane (summer) and primocane (fall) producer. This plant is more suited for home garnerers, Pick-your-own, and local commercial sales. Double Gold adds an alternative yellow variety to our program!

special featuresWe recommend a soil pH level of 6.5 - 6.8 for raspberry plants.

special featuresThis Fall Bearing Raspberry Plant bears some fruit the first fall of planting year, and either summers or falls after that depending on how it is managed.

I ordered 3 different types of rasberry. They all came as sticks with some roots and they all came smashed together with intertwined roots and no lables. (I contacted shop before this review to try to remedy the situation. ..no remedy )I have received blackberries from another seller and they were green sticks with a couple of leaves. These are dry sticks, which I still planted :/. I don't even know which stick is which... I contacted and was told the smooth was 1 and the rough was another...but I ordered 3 so I only know what 1 is for certain. Not a fun experience
