Stunning handspun yarn in shades of purple and gold - plenty of yardage in this skein for a bigger project!
This beautiful yarn is Navajo plied, which means that there are three thin strands of wool that twist together to form a balanced, even yarn. The colors gently shade from yellow and gold tones, into light purple and finally deep purple, creating a repeating pattern that will show up as stripes of color in your finished project. This will be a pleasure to knit or crochet with!
To create this gorgeous handspun yarn, I first hand-dyed wool in purple and yellow tones. I then carded it into batts and used my spinning wheel to spin them into this lovely Navajo plied yarn.
