At this time I ship only in the continental US. Orders for dolls will be shipped USPS. Doll kits & doll dresses may be shipped USPS. If a package is lost or damaged. please use the following procedures. 1. Report a lost or damaged package to the appropriate party immediately. 2. If shipped UPS the sender is responsible for filing a claim. 3. If the package is shipped USPS and it is lost the shipper is responsible for filing the claim. If the package is damaged it is the party receiving the package that must file the claim. 4. I can be reached between the hours of 10am to 5pm Monday thru Friday PST.

I will not be collecting a sales tax. My business is located in Oregon. There is no sales tax in Oregon. It will be the buyers responsibility to report and pay a sales tax if required.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final, but if the item arrives damaged , please contact me within 3 to 5 business days. Please keep the label, box and all packaging material. Take a picture of the damaged item. The photo will be needed for any refund or compensation. I value your business and I will try to resolve any problems that you have.
