ANIMALS/FISH RARE Jacquard Ribbon Trim, Poly, 1/4" Wide, Narrow, Bright Orange Background with Petite Purple Fish and Dots, Lengths Vary

NOTE: Trim is in one continuous piece, I will cut as ordered.
This trim came from Europa Imports - it was made in France and is long discontinued. Very hard to find.

This is the width of ribbon I used for my narrow (3/8") cat collars and petite dog collars. It fits nicely on the 3/8" webbing.

Jacquard Ribbon Trim - Named after the man who invented the loom which weaves this trim, Joseph Marie Jacquard, (1732-1854 in France). Jacquard trims nowadays are woven using many different materials including rayon, polyester, metallic, cotton, blends and on a rare occasion - silk.

Unless otherwise noted these trims are all cold water machine washable/dryable and are colorfast. The trims I use on washcloths/towels have held up beautifully through many washings. Trims I've used on my dog collars have always been washable - including many of the metallic designs. You can wash nylon webbing but do not machine dry it.

I always dry clean my wool coats which have been embellished, but I machine wash polar fleece, raincoats and many other lightweight coats that recommend machine washing. Please use your own judgment.
