I post with Australia Post. Items should be received within a week (for Australian residents), and around 2 weeks for international residents. Postage upgrades can be requested at the buyer's expense.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please contact me regarding returns. Returns will be sent at the buyers expense. A refund will be given on the cost of the item but not the shipping.
Returns will not be accepted where the buyer didn't realise that the seller (Made By Tash) lives in Australia. If there is a genuine fault with the item, it may be returned, but not if it's a postage fault. The seller (Made By Tash) can't be held responsible for items once they have left the seller's hands.
I'm happy to do custom orders. Send me a convo and we'll see what I can do. I'll make custom cards, and custom die cut orders
Cancellations. I've set the shop to accept Cancellations BUT only within 12 hours of purchase. This is because I like to post the purchased items as soon as I can. Once they are posted, they can't be cancelled.
