SHIPPING POLICY Domestic (US) Shipping Rates: Orders shipped anywhere in the USA are typically delivered via USPS First Class (under 1 lb), Priority Mail (1+ pounds) or USPS Express Mail. Shipping is determined by weight. A small handling charge is added to all orders.
SHIPPING TIME Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Large quantity personalized orders will be given an estimated time of completion prior to accepting order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or on major holidays except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by WoodenUrecover or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES: We ship Internationally using the USPS Priority Mail International service or the International Express (EMS) Service exclusively. We use the International Rate Calculator at; http://ircalc.usps.gov/ to help determine the actual shipping costs to your country. A small handling charge is added to all orders. Customers outside the US should contact us for a shipping quotation prior to placing an order.

MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS & PERSONAL CHECKS WoodenUrecover.com accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please contact us to make arrangements to submit your order using Money orders, Cashier's Checks, Company or Personal Checks. Order acceptance by prior arrangement only.
International orders must be paid (in US Funds only) via International Money Order, PayPal (http://www.paypal.com), or Cash.
Returns & exchanges
RETURNS We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us for Return Authorization. Special orders, custom orders, and personalized items are not eligible for return and/or refund. Exchange for items that are ordered in the wrong size, color, etc. (errors submitted by buyer) are accepted within 10 days with return authorization only and a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refund.
