FAQs

I post all information regarding new orders for boxes and Disney logo signs in my Etsy shop announcement and also discuss dates on my Instagram as well. If there is no date listed, then a shop opening date has not been set yet. As soon as a date is scheduled I always update my Etsy announcement and Instagram bio.

Yes. Once I open up to new sign/box orders I take a certain amount and when my limit is reached I take down the listings. Once those orders are created and shipped I'll re-list them again to take more orders. The last few openings went VERY quick! I hit my order limit within about 20 minutes of opening! There are usually pins, wooden toy cameras and some signs available to order in my shop at all times so feel free to browse those items in the meantime!

I absolutely love working on custom orders, however I have been blessedly busy with Etsy to accept customs at this time. If this changes it will be announced on Instagram.

Our production time runs about 4 weeks plus shipping time for most items. Most of our items are made to order. I am a one person shop and all our items are completely handmade by me and can be very time consuming. I do not use stencils or vinyl in my work. Everything is free hand painted which can take a lot of time. I do offer a rush order option in my shop but this must be discussed BEFORE your purchase to see if I have any spots available.

Please keep in mind that it is possible your order may not ship all together in the same package if you purchased multiple pieces. This all depends on what exactly is ordered. Due to the variety of items we offer and the variety of sizes and shapes of our items, some pieces must be shipped in separate packaging to ensure it’s safe arrival.

Please feel free to Etsy message me anytime! Please do not DM me on Instagram with any questions regarding a pending order. Instagram DM is not a very reliable way to communicate. Those messages cannot be searched and can often be deleted or mistakenly overlooked. Etsy message is the best way to communicate with my shop.

I DO NOT ship outside the US. NO EXCEPTIONS. I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your order will ship to the address in your Etsy account so PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for refunding or replacing your item if it was shipped to the wrong address.

Please keep in mind that not all items can be shipped together if you purchase multiple pieces. This all depends on what exactly is ordered. Due to the variety of items we offer and the variety of sizes and shapes of our items, some pieces must be shipped separately.

Please know that once a package is handed to the postal service it is literally out of our hands when a package arrives. We are not responsible for any delays from the postal service due to inclement weather or any other circumstances that are out of our control.

I do take a few rush orders per month for an additional charge. If you are needing a rush order please message me BEFORE you make your purchase to see if I have any available.


Payments

Payment is required before I begin work on your piece. If you have any questions regarding payment please message me.


Returns & exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, accept exchanges or returns. If for some reason your item is lost in the mail, or an incorrect mailing address is provided, I am NOT responsible to offer a refund or send a replacement.

If your artwork arrives damaged, you MUST contact my shop within 5 days. Any issues presented to me beyond this time will NOT be my shops responsibility. Physical damage that has altered the overall structure of the item is viewed as damaged artwork. If any item does arrive damaged, please provide detailed pictures of the damaged artwork and packaging within 5 days of receipt and I will discuss with you the best solution moving forward.

At Tina Goodman Designs we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and positive feedback! If there is an issue with your order please send me a message right away and I will work with you to correct the problem as quickly as possible. We ask that you please contact us before leaving a review if there is an issue with your artwork. We would love an opportunity to help you first! :) Our goal is to make YOU happy and we want YOU to absolutely LOVE your purchase!


Additional policies

I M P O R T A N T
We love working with wood and we embrace all imperfections such as knots and natural cracks because we feel it adds character to each piece of artwork. Please be aware your item may have visible knots, rough texture, knot holes, varying wood grain, or other natural wood character elements.

No two signs are alike and may vary slightly due to every order being free hand painted without the use of stencils. Colors, lettering and distressing of each sign are unique and may not match exactly to the photos. Please be aware that although I strive to accurately depict colors in my photos, all computer monitors vary so colors seen on your monitor may vary from the actual item color.
