Our current lead time is about 3-4 weeks. We ship via UPS (2-3 business days transit time).
For small packages such as pillow cases, we use USPS first class mail.
You will receive notification once your order is shipped out.
For swatches, we mail via USPS first class mail, no tracking number provided.
For International orders, we ship via DHL or other carrier.
Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We inspect all items and pack them carefully before ship out.
We accept returns/exchange within 3 days of the receipt of the goods ONLY if the item you ordered is the wrong size or color by which we made the mistake. If workmanship defect is discovered, please notify us immediately.
Please note 1-inch variances is very normal for handmade bedding (even for mass manufactured items). Size can also vary based on the shrinkage of the linen fabric, we always leave extra room for shrinkage and we make it the best to our experience.
All of our linen goods are made to order, not massively produced by the factory, therefore, each item is unique, no two are exactly the same. They are custom made just for you, therefore, we cannot accept returns/exchange.
