-Any additional costs to your order upon arrival to your country is your responsibility. -Please do not ask for items to be sent as "gifts"-- any and all requests will be denied -At this time, tracking information is not provided, and you should expect a 7-14 business day (sometimes longer depending on USPS, customs, etc.) delivery time.
We welcome Debit, Credit, and Etsy Gift Cards as valid forms of payment.

If for some reason you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase, please message us prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
-Returns and or exchanges will be done so at the discretion of Pretty In Pink Party.
-In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the costs of shipping items back to the seller.
-Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.
-Cancellations requested after 24 hours will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
