Shipping & policies
I ship to UK, USA and a few other selected countries. Please contact me if you wish to buy something and your country is not listed.
PROCESSING: Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day, some orders will be dispatched same day, whilst others may have to wait up to 2 working days. If you require your item urgently, please contact me directly.
UK: I use Royal Mail First Class Standard post for orders up to and including £40, and Royal Mail First Class Signed For (recorded delivery) for orders over £40 (excluding postage).
UK Standard First Class Delivery normally takes 1-3 days. If you have not received your package within 5 days please let me know. Parcels sent via this service usually arrive next day.
Please note that if you are an overseas customer, customs duties and/or taxes may be liable to be paid in your own country and - although extremely unlikely - this is your responsibility. Different countries have different thresholds.
Parcels to US addresses take on average 6-8 workings days. I insist on registered delivery for the US as experience has shown this to be the best option. You will receive a tracking no with your shipping notification. If you have not received your parcel within 8 working days, do please go on to the USPS website and check where your parcel is. If USPS try to deliver your parcel and nobody is home, they will take it back to their facility and if you do not claim it or arrange re-delivery within 14 days or less, your parcel will be returned to sender.
AUSTRALIA and NORWAY
Items are sent registered but do not require a signature. The tracking will be deemed to be proof of delivery.
Parcels to Europe are sent by International Tracked and Signed For delivery. They normally arrive within 5 working days. If your parcel has not arrived within this time, please check the tracking with your parcel carrier. (For Germany this is GLS). Parcels will be automatically returned to sender if the carrier tries to deliver and fails, and the sender does not make contact within 14 days or less.
Please allow sufficient time if you are ordering for a special event.
The seller is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by postal delays or negligence on the part of the postal service.
Please note that there can be significant postal delays around busy times such as Christmas. Posting by the recommended postal dates does not guarantee delivery before Christmas, so please allow extra time.
PAYMENT METHODS : I accept PayPal & credit card payments via PayPal and credit card payments through Etsy Direct Checkout.
You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card via PayPal.

If you changed your mind and wish to cancel your order after placing it, that is fine, provided the item has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, then you will need to return the goods as soon as they are received. You will be liable for the shipping costs both ways.
1) If you wish to return goods, please notify me as soon as possible but in any event no later than 14 days after receipt of goods. The goods must be returned within 21 days in order to be eligible for a refund.
2) The goods being returned must be in a saleable condition i.e unworn and unused. The seller reserves the right to refuse a refund if it is evident the item has been worn.
Unfortunately, for health and hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears may not be returned unless they are faulty. This also applies to sets containing earrings. This is in accordance with current legislation.
4) If you need to return an item, always notify me beforehand for address, instructions etc. Please note that where returns are concerned, the buyer is liable for the postage costs both ways unless the item is faulty, in which case the seller will bear the costs.
5) It is in the buyer's interest to obtain proof of postage when returning an item because there can be no refunds for items not received, or for items which have been inadequately packaged and therefore damaged in transit.

The only reasons I may use your information is to process your order, to communicate with you, or comply with the law.
