We currently offer standard, ground shipping. All purchases are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase and are usually delivered within 4 business days.
We accept payments through Paypal at the time of purchase. There is an additional 9% CA sales tax.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase every time. However, if an item needs to be returned then it must be sent back in it's original state, within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Unwashed, unworn and/ or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase date for a full return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a merchandise credit is requested. Merchandise returned after 14 days will be refunded at the last activity/ sale price or the current selling price, whichever is lower, in the form of store credit.
Gift Card purchases, vintage, custom and final sale merchandise are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Credit card refunds:
Returns made to a credit card can only be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear.
All vintage items are steam cleaned in-house and come from smoke free environments. Unfortunately it is impossible to know the exact history for every vintage piece, but we do try to provide as much info as possible. All items marked vintage are final sale.
Some items may be customized to your liking, at the current time however, not all items are available for customization. Prepayment is required for custom items and custom items are not eligible for returns.

Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the date of shipping. Any charges for cancelled merchandise will be refunded to the original form of payment unless item is custom made. Cancellations for custom items must be made within 24 hours of original purchase.
