I ship with Mondial Relay when possible. Otherwise with the regular mail.
I ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that domestic shipping could take from 1 to 9 business days to arrive to its destination. International shipping could take from 1 to 4 weeks.
If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address and package is sent back to me in good condition, we will make a refund of the cost of goods. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for all costs resulting to re-ship the package.
I'm not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Please understand that once your package is shipped, I don't have control of how long it takes to arrive to its destination.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. I'm not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
I accept PayPal as payment option, orders are securely processed using these methods; we do not have access to your credit card and/or bank account details.
Prices may change at any time without notice. Please note I'm not responsible for forgotten coupon codes after the order has been submitted. Contact me before submitting your order if you find any complication with a coupon code.
Returns & exchanges
To cancel your order, please contact me. I can not cancel shipped orders.
I won't make any changes to your order after one hour of submitting it.

Invoice - I never include an invoice along with your order.
Photos - I do my very best to keep the closest look and/or color in the photo. They may vary from screen to screen. If the color matters and want to assure if the color is as you are seeing in your screen, contact me.
