Insurance is optional, is highly recommended for anything fragile, as I cannot be responsible for any damaged or lost items if not insured. I package and ship within 3 working days. I also offer reduced shipping on multiple items from our shop. This may be handled with issuing a refund to buyer.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not satisfied with your purchases, please return all items to me in original condition within 7 days and I will gladly refund the amount paid! Sorry but shipping charges cannot be refunded! Be sure to ask questions before purchasing.
