All packages are shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is received, unless it is a personal check, which will take 7 business days to clear.
We ship via USPS and tracking info will be e-mailed to you once it is available. If the item is over $5000, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Insured Registered, which takes longer for delivery, about 7-10 business days.

Express Shipping is available for an additional cost, which depends on the price of the item. Please let me know if you wish your package to be shipped via Express mail prior to placing the order. This way, the shipping option will be adjusted to Express mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, AND CHARGES. THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. THESE CHARGES ARE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILTY. ITEM MUST BE FULLY INSURED FOR PURCHASE PRICE WHICH WILL ALSO MATCH CUSTOM FORMS. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR CUSTOMS OFFICE TO FIND OUT THE EXTRA IMPORT CHARGES AND DETAILS.


Payments

Payment must be made in full within 7 days after the item is purchased.
If payment is not made, the order will be cancelled and item returned back in shop.
If paying via Paypal, you must have a confirmed address. All packages are shipped to Paypal confirmed addresses only. Please note, we also accept Money Orders, Personal and Bank Checks. If payment is made with a Personal Check, it will take about 7 business days for it to clear, which will delay the shipment of your purchased item.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want to make sure you are absolutely happy with your shopping experience with us.
We offer a 7 days return policy.
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item back to us within 7 days, as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was received. All returned packages are video recorded upon arrival. Refund will be issued in the same way as received payment.
If the item was re-sized or altered in any way, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

We can RESERVE the listing just for you for up to 14 days. Just contact the shop to let us know.

Layaway:
10% down and balance paid off within 60 days. Please let us know when you are ready to make a payment and we will create a special listing just for you for the amount you wish to pay. Choose “other” as payment option if you wish to pay with a money order or check and we will mark it paid, once the funds are received. If you fail to complete the transaction, you will receive store credit only for the amount paid.
