Simplicity 5731. This pattern is a very interesting collection of pants for size 14 girls, or 67cm waist so it could suit petite size. The pattern consists of variations of the pant, all with front pleats and zip. Three of the designs have side seam pockets. The other two have overlayed side pockets. Two of the designs have gathered button hole bands. This really is a cool set of designs.
Pattern Modification Suggestions:
If you have advanced pattern making skills you could modify this pattern to suit a larger size and taller person. Or take it someone who does. Usually the girl patterns are shorter in the leg and smaller around the hips. You could leave out a set of pleats on the front to get more width in the hip and fit a lager waistline. You should probably get another 5-6cm extra. Or you could leave the pleats out and turn the waist band into an elasticated waist and leave the zipper out and you will most likely get a size 10 ladies. Just do all the measurements and make sure they would pull up over the hips.
