Yes! Absolutely. We treat all wooden items against woodworm as a standard, even if it does not display any signs. We Have many wooden items and will not risk further damage so treat everything whilst it is in the refurbishment stage.

We scour markets, auctions and private estates in the U.K and further into other European countries to bring handpicked items to you. We see thousands upon thousands of items but are very selective to make sure we are able to pick items which have charm, beauty and are also usable.

Everything which needs refurbishing is refurbished personally by us. We handle each and every item with care and can spend several weeks or even months to refurbish the item, depending on the severity of the damage and the amount of work needed to bring it back to being its charming best.

As each item is different, we may have to customise the packaging by custom-making a box for the item. We have standard packaging for our smaller items and they will arrive as if gift wrapped inside the many protective layers of protective packaging. We are excited to have found the item a new home and take great pride and joy in the packaging process too!
