All stone measurements are listed in millimeters, as that's considered the standard measuring unit in the gemstone industry. It's the most accurate, and when shopping for a mounting, they will be listed in millimeters as well. For your convenience, I've included an approximate conversion chart below:

7 mm = ¼ inch
9.5 mm = 3/8 inch
12 mm = ½ inch
16 mm = 5/8 inch
19 mm = ¾ inch
25 mm = 1 inch
32 mm = 1 ¼ inch
38 mm = 1 ½ inch
44 mm = 1 ¾ inch
51 mm = 2 inch

I try to get the most accurate photo possible, but due to natural variations in the stones, and individual monitor settings, there may be slight variations in colors from the photo to the stone in hand. Many times the actual stone is much better than my photo, as the camera does not always cooperate with me!

Our cabochons are completely flat on the back, unless otherwise noted.
There are NO holes in our cabochons, unless otherwise noted – we rarely try to drill holes in our cabochons as many of them will break or chip in the process. I do offer a free glue on bail that is quick, easy, and much less damaging to the stone. Just mention that you'd like bails with each stone in the comments section as you order and I will include them.
