Damaged in transit items will be considered for exchange of the closest replacement we have available. Farm sinks, stone sinks, stone pedestal vanities and other large heavy items are sold as-is and if they are damaged in transit a claim will have to be filed. We will either offer to refund or exchange based on stock we have available. Items we sell are sold as - is and only exchanges based on shipping damage will be considered. Local pickup items are considered sold and final sale at your pickup.

Small vessel sinks often cannot be beveled in the drain area as the material is not thick enough in the bottom. Make sure the drain metal edge rests directly on the sink with no rise or gap at all. You want it completely as low as possible to minimize any water. Make sure you use the drains we sell to minimize residual water also. It is natural to have a small amount of water around the drain area and you just want to minimize by having no rise between the drain lip and the sink. See the drain diagram in most listings also for a reference.
Wash your item with simple non chemical cleaners or just soap and water. We recommend organic simple cleaners like vinegar for most items. Stone items may require sealer to preserve the finish. Wood items may also require maintenance.
