I will ship items once payment has been confirmed.
I will ship internationally using NZPost International Airmail. This takes generally between 3 - 10 days, however it can take longer. It does not have tracking. If you require tracking on an item, please contact me before purchase, and we can discuss your options. Please note tracking can only be done by International Courier, and is usually around $30-$50 for a small parcel such as stickers.
Shipping within New Zealand can either be standard post or tracked.

Returns & exchanges

I will only refund if an item is genuinely faulty. Please remember that sometimes different computers and devices show up colours differently - so while I have made sure the colours are as close as possible on my machine, they might not be exactly the same as your machine! But rest assured, they will look just as gorgeous in person.
I DO NOT refund on items that are lost during shipping. Once an item has left me it is out of my hands. If an item does get lost, and you would like me to open a claim with the post office this end, please contact me!

Additional policies

I am using a premium matte photo paper to print my stickers. It has really lovely colour saturation, but is easy to write on like all matte paper. It is thicker than standard matte paper, similar in weight to vinyl stickers, and is removable on Erin Condren paper. As with all removable stickers, please be gentle when removing it, as force will damage your planner, your sticker, or both!
