This frame is approx 8x10 inches and holds a 4x6 picture. It is able to be displayed horizontally or vertically. This frame has a glass insert. The image applied to the frame will not fade or peel.

With custom items, it is imperative that we ask questions and get answers to ensure you receive a product you love. If we do not have all of the information to make the product or need approval on a mock-up, we email three times. If we receive no response, we will have no choice but to refund minus a 25% fee.

Please choose your size carefully! We are more than happy to share if your item runs true to size, small, ect but we cannot refund based on incorrect sizing choice.

Rush orders can be done-please contact us and we will generate a listing just for you with applicable information and fees.

We only accept returns if the item is damaged upon receipt. We then ask that you return the item to us. After we receive the item and inspect it we are more than happy to issue a refund.

Etsy policy is that we MUST ship to the address on file. If the address is incorrect and the item is returned to us, the customer must pay shipping fees again to reship. Please check your shipping address for accuracy prior to placing your order.

We ship domestically via USPS with tracking numbers. If you wish to purchase a signature confirmation or insurance please let us know at the time your order is placed in "Notes to the Seller."
