For most items the shipping time is 3-5 business days, although we always try to dispatch items as soon as possible. If you are in doubt about how long it will take you to receive your purchase, please as and we will be happy to help. If you need your item quickly than the shipping time stated please send a message at the time of purchase or contact us beforehand and we will do everything we can to dispatch it sooner.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Items are shipped priority mail from the United Kingdom and shipped to overseas destinations via Royal Mail Airmail. Items usually takes 1-5 business days in the United Kingdom and 7-15 business days across the world. However, this is only an estimate and sometimes delays can occur that are outside of our control.

For international orders, arrival times will vary depending on the postal service in your country and at peak seasons and holiday times may result in a delay in you receiving your item.

Standard delivery does not include delivery confirmation or tracking number. If you need Registered Mail with a tracking number and/or signature on delivery, please contact us so we can revise the postage on your item. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive with the standard delivery service and a replacement will only be sent at the discretion of the shop owner.

On a few occasions it has been known for parcels to take up to 6 weeks to arrive. This happens because parcels sent to international destinations are subject to inspection at the customs control in the recipients country and can therefore be delayed. Please note that international customers are responsible for any custom charges and import duties.

Please note that we do not send receipts with orders. A receipt is emailed to the customer at the time of purchase.

All Loved By Venus jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a pretty voile bag and wrapped in tissue paper but can be fully gift wrapped making for the perfect gift. Please send us a message if you would like a special message to be included as this can be arranged at no extra cost.

Lastly, please ensure that the delivery address information is correct especially if the parcel is being sent to someone other than yourself as we can not be held responsible if the item is re-routed back to us because of incorrect address details. In such cases a further postage charge will apply and items returned will then be exempt from our refund policy. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery because of incorrect shipping information.


Payments

Payment for your items can be made through PayPal and Etsy direct checkout. I also accept Etsy gift cards.

PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards and you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment using their service. Please note that your card details are kept secure and are not shared with us.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items that have been made to a bespoke order are NOT eligible for a refund.
For hygiene reasons earrings are non-refundable unless faulty.

Please note: Items MUST be in the original condition, they must be unworn with no marks or blemishes.
If the item has clearly been tried on for a hair trial then a refund will NOT be given.

A full refund for the item (minus postage costs) will be given on the receipt of the returned items. It is advised that items are returned via a recorded or signed for delivery, as we can not be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit.

It is the buyers responsibility in such cases to claim the cost of the item back from the courier used. However, we will be happy to provide evidence to support your compensation claim if required.

Please ensure that all returned items are packed carefully in the original boxes and inner packaging. A refund will be issued within 3 working days on receipt of the returned item minus any postage/shipping charges.

Multiple orders of the same item

Refunds will not be accepted for 3 or more items. Due to the great time and effort required to create and dispatch higher quantity orders. If you have any doubts that the product will be suitable, please purchase one to make sure that you will be satisfied before ordering multiple items. Unfortunately, there is no exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation of orders

A cancellation for an order may be requested within 24 hours from purchase. Cancellations will not be accepted if the order has entered the production or shipping process. A cancellation may be considered at the shop owner's discretion and will be subject to a restocking fee due to wasted labour and material costs.

Looking after your jewellery

By following the advice below your jewellery will continue to look at its best.

* Jewellery should not be exposed to perfumes, lotions or aerosol sprays.
* Ideally your jewellery should be stored in small ziplock bags when not being worn for any period of time and should not be exposed to extreme heat or sunlight.
* Please don't forget to remove your jewellery when cleaning, showering or swimming in a pool and most importantly remember to keep your jewellery clean and dry.

Silver and gold plated items

Items such as tiaras, hairvines and cake toppers are made using a non tarnish silver or gold plated wire.
As with all silver and gold products these will tarnish over time due to exposure to air.
This happens with expensive pieces of jewellery as well as costume jewellery and is not a reflection on the quality of the item.
All silver is prone to tarnishing and we strongly advise to keep your product in the box supplied to limit this. Using a specialist silver cleaning product will return item to it's former glory.

Please note that make-up, greasy fingers, hairspray and perfume can all lead to tarnishing so ensure that you clean after handling. It is advisable to handle your item as little as possible before your big day to ensure your items stay in tip-top condition.

Sizing.

It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct measurements when placing an order. If alterations on items needs to be done, additional labour and material costs will have to be charged. If in doubt about any measurements, please contact us prior to ordering.
