$7.25 flat rate shipping for all large domestic orders, just select the priority option at checkout. If you are charged more than $7.25, I will issue you a refund for the difference.
Priority shipping is available as an option from the drop down menu in your cart.
All items otherwise are shipped within 1-3 business days (usually within a day), via USPS first class mail, unless otherwise requested. Domestic packages generally take 3 to 5 days to arrive. International shipping times can vary depending upon location.
Tracking information is provided with your order.
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. I cannot be held responsible for paying for your mistakes.
If your package gets lost in the mailing process, and the tracking remains incomplete, please contact me as I will take full responsibility. IF your tracking info says "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office first. I do not guarantee to take responsibility for these claims.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you are dissatisfied with an order, or an item is damaged, you can send it back to me for a full refund.
Items must be returned within 15 days after the date on which the package was receieved.
I do not give refunds for packages that have been ripped open/contents emptied during the delivery process. These packages must be taken directly to your local post office for review.
CANCELLATIONS: I have no problem cancelling an order if you need to do so, no questions asked....HOWEVER, I will have to charge a .20 cent relisting fee for each item that is being cancelled.
