All packages will ship first class to continental U.S. addresses unless a buyer requests that their purchase be shipped via Priority Mail. If Priority Mail is preferred, all applicable shipping charges will be applied. Insurance will be additional. Delivery confirmation is FREE to all continental U.S. addresses. I do NOT ship Express or Next Day shipping.

Vintage brass patinas can vary depending on the age and storage of the piece. Vintage glass are almost never perfect also due to age and storage. Please keep in mind the following:
✿The true color of my items may vary on different computers or in different light so if you need additional photos taken in different lighting, please let me know.
✿Raw brass items – The patina of raw vintage brass can differ from one piece to the next so the pictures are not always representative of what you will receive although I try my best to provide you with the most even patina of each piece.
✿Vintage glass items will invariably come with small chips, discoloration and at times, foreign objects in the glass since the manufacturing processes of the time were not as regulated as they are now. Please keep this in mind when purchasing any of my glass items.

All items are photographed in natural indoor lighting, which can often differ depending on the time of day. There may be lightening or darkening ie photographic enhancements to help portray a piece more closely. If you are looking for even toned, bright, new in appearance brass, you will not find it here unless noted in the description. Please ask for additional pictures if the patina is a concern as this will not be considered a gross negligence in the description of vintage brass.
If you are not satisfied with an item(s) that is $100 or less, the item(s) must be returned within 10 days after shipping date and MUST be sent back in the ORIGINAL packaged manner and CONDITION sent including ANY original packaging. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense unless item is erroneously described. Please read the item description carefully for the number of items in each listing and the overall description. Vintage brass/findings/glass are almost NEVER in perfect condition and will come with varying patinas on metals or tiny chips or manufacture flaws in glass. Refunds for item purchase ONLY, will be sent via Paypal upon satisfactory return of the item.
Partial shipping refunds for overcharges are available for international orders BUT please remind me to do so if shipping is too high and I will check the actual shipping vs charged shipping rate. I am often too overwhelmed to remember to check all packages ship rates.
LOST PACKAGES: We ALWAYS receive delivery confirmation. If it clearly states that USPS has delivered to your address, our hands are tied. If a package has been lost we will accommodate our buyers to the best of our abilities and always in a professional manner. Please contact your mail carrier when/if your package says it has been delivered. He/she has likely delivered it to the wrong address.

For lost parcels, you must wait 20 days for domestic and 40 days for international locations.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM?
Claims must be filed no later than 120 days from the shipment date.
WHEN A CLAIM IS FILED, WHO GETS PAID, THE BUYER OR THE SELLER?
As the seller is the insured, a check is mailed to the seller.
PLEASE read the title and description of the items. If there is an obvious error in either, please contact me to correct the problem. Any "way out there" disagreements will be resolved using etsy's Trust & Safety review team.
If a RESERVE listing is requested, the listing will be available for 1 week. If the RESERVE is not purchased within that time frame, all inventory will be returned to stock.
