All my items are carefully packed and sent with a tracking number.
The shipping prices are indicated for one item - I COMBINE SHIPPING - I will recalculate the cost if you buy more than one.
I always try to find the best price and more secure shipping.
For the heavy parcel, I put a price with Colissimo but very often, I find more interesting prices with other shippers.
I refund extra paid shipping.
I inform you as soon as the parcel has been sent.
Once marked as shipped your order should be delivered within these times :
Europe: 7-14 working days
Canada: 10-20 working days
USA: 10-20 working days
Australia and everywhere else: 15-30 working days
I can send with any other shipper you would like (UPS, Fedex...) if you have an account.
VERY IMPORTANT: I pay all the attention to make sure your package arrives safe and sound. However, I cannot be held responsible for items lost during mailing when not buying insurance.
NOTE that any customs fees or import duties (although rare) are the responsibility of the importer. The customs duties are at the expense of the purchaser.
Be sure that I take a very great care to my packaging with bubble wrap, in a very good and strong carton (cardboard). Don’t forget that my first interest is your total satisfaction. I love all items I sale.
Of course I can make a gift package.
My shipping prices are very strictly calculated and I don’t charge my customers for packaging (material/ time spent).
