This listing is for a knitting pattern to make a pair of warm mittens. They are called the Indexer's Mittens, but you don't have to be a professional documentalist to enjoy knitting them! They are knit with small needles and two strands of DK yarn held together for extra warmth.
Necessary material: - DK yarn - US 3/3.25 mm needles (circular or DPNs)
Skills involved: - knitting in the round - forming a thumb (no experience necessary)
Once you purchase this listing, you will be able to download the PDF file that contains the full pattern. If you are to lose this file or accidentally delete it after you buy it, just contact me using the account you used to make your purchase, and I'll be happy to send it to you again for free.
Don't hesitate to contact me with any question about the pattern, before or after purchasing! I'd love to see your finished Indexer's Mittens: you can tag me on Instagram (@onesolarapril) or send me a picture through Etsy.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.
Returns & exchanges
I normally do not accept to refund orders and will only do so in exceptional cases. I try to be as transparent as possible about the condition in which my items are sent to you, and if you have any questions AT ALL before you purchase, don't hesitate to ask.
As all my knits are one-of-a-kind, I also can't replace or exchange them. I could let you choose a similar item to replace the one you purchased if you should receive it damaged to the point that it cannot be used (with picture or a video as proof of the damage).
Same goes in the case of a piece arriving to you with a big defect that wasn't advertised: let me know (provide pictures please!) and we will work something out. :)
Custom orders: why not? Convo me and we can work something out.
Big order: if you would like to purchase three items or more in the same order, let me know which ones and I'll work up a special discounted listing. I'm thinking no shipping fees or something similar.
Reviews: please leave one! I care about your opinion and know there is always room for improvement. If you have something negative to say about an order, please convo or email me before leaving a review and I'll do my best to fix the situation.
