Mailboxes.. Custom Wedding Mailboxes take awhile to make. Please make sure there is enough time for us to work with you on the design, paint the mailbox, let it dry, and embellish it. Shipping time is after all of the previous work is done.
The actual shipping is decided by you at the time of checkout, but our processing time can be long if we are unable to contact you or if you have several changes.
For embroidery, sublimation, engraving or vinyl work: Please ensure all pertinent information is correct. In order to process your order without delays, please respond when you hear from us.. we probably have your item ready to monogram on a machine. We are pretty fast. :) We recommend using priority 1-3 day shipping if you need your item sooner than later.

For international shipping, please understand that you are responsible for any additional customs fees.
At the time of checkout, please include the following information in the "notes to seller" section:
1. Full name spelled out: Joanna Mary Smith **jSm** (for large bridesmaid orders, please make sure we know the LAST names of each person)
2. Thread Color, Engrave Fill Color, or Details Needed for your order
3. "Needed By" date --If your deadline is before our listed processing time, we will contact you for a full refund. We have a full workload but we do try our best to work with you. _______
Texas residents are subject to a sales tax.
All payments must go through Etsy before any order is filled.
Mailbox Design proofs are sent after purchase. The designing process fee is included in the original listing price and we design each mailbox by the order they come to us inside the orders queue. ***We do not have rush orders on these***
