Ships within the United States, Canada and Australia only via USPS. Tracking number will be emailed when item is shipped. Items are eligible to ship world-wide. Countries not listed, please contact shop for accurate shipping rates before check out. At this time, upgraded shipping options are not available.
The shop is not responsible for "lost" items listed as delivered. Packages over $50 in value will be insured. In case of loss or damage to these insured packages please understand that there is at least a 30 day remake timeline and USPS claim process. Packages under $50 in value, will be remade after USPS tracking claim reports "package loss".
International orders over $300 will not be accepted due to required duty tax. If requesting a larger order please contact the shop for options.
International Customs Declaration documents will be completed at item face value. Customer assumes responsibility for any required taxes, duties, or fees associated with order.
All major credit cards, Etsy gift cards and PayPal are accepted. All payments must be paid in full at time of check-out. If paying through PayPal E-check, please allow additional processing time.
Order cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of check out. If you would like to make a change to your order, please notify the shop. Special fabric orders are not subject to change or cancellation after fabric order is placed unless agreed upon by shop owner.
Florida residents are subject to standard sales tax.

Additional return information
All sales are final. Exchanges will not be accepted. Order cancellation request must be made withing 24 hours of check out. Custom order spots are subject to 15% cancellation fee. "Customer provided fabric" orders are not eligible for cancellation after fabric is sent.
All items will be carefully wrapped in weather-proof, poly mailers.
Damaged or broken items may be sent back for repair at customer's expense. The shop will assume cost for shipping after repair is made
Please follow the shop's Facebook page for current turnaround times and wait list information. At this time, only previously designed hoods are part of the wait list. All previously designed hoods are listed in the shop's facebook photos. Small changes such as fabric, colors, bows, ruffles can be changed on previously designed hoods.
Hand washing is always recommended. The Suckling Duckling is not responsible for damages during washing and not subject for repair.
