Get Shipping Costs

All orders are processed no later than two business days, while packages are dropped off for shipping on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at the very least.

Most packages are shipped via USPS First Class, 2-5 business day delivery, and Priority Mail, 1-2 business day delivery. If you have specific questions on how long it will take to arrive to you, or if you need something quickly, please message me. Shipping over $7.00 will receive tracking; shipping under $7.00 will not be guaranteed tracking.

Shipping insurance is not included; if desired, please add it to checkout notes and I'll send you an invoice to pay for this service.

International shipments - for the best pricing, please contact me directly to set up a custom listing.

If you purchase directly from the listings, I will refund excess shipping when it exceeds $3.00 difference from what you paid. That $3.00 buffer covers the cost of packaging and insurance.

We will always ship to your Paypal address unless specified otherwise.

Payments

Accepting payments through Paypal and Direct Checkout: Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Etsy Giftcards.

Custom listings will not be cut until they are paid; reserved and custom listings not paid within 48 hours will be removed and items will be restocked.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final unless an incorrect item was shipped. We do not assume responsibility for items once shipped. If you would like insurance, please request it when you check out and a nominal charge will be added to your invoice.

If items are damaged during shipping, please take a picture of the packaging and the item with the label in clear view. With documentation, refunds or replacements may be considered, but are not guaranteed.

Colors are subject to variations, due to screen resolution. If you are concerned about colors or prints, please refer to the manufacturer website. Samples, 2" by 2", of most fabrics can be provided for $2.50 each, including shipping, by contacting me to create a custom listing; fat quarter bundles may not be sampled, unless I have yardage available of the same prints. Large scale and large repeat fabrics will not include the full design and all colors within the sample.
