Sizes
Please refer to the coins in the photographs for an indication of the size of each item.

The United States dime is approximately 0.7”/17.75mm in diameter, the Australian 5 cent is approximately 0.8”/19mm in diameter.

Reference Numbers
1. Numbers inside brackets e.g. (12), at the end of the title describe the number of items you will receive. Reference numbers may also be expressed at the beginning of the listing as, e.g. 12pcs.

2. Numbers without brackets e.g. B-8G-38-D, at the end of the listing title are stock numbers for locating items, and not part of the product description.

What are Destash, Recycled and NOS items?
1. The destash items in Mazing Supplies have all had a previous existence in my personal collection. There may be signs of wear. If an item is from my collection, then this is noted as destash in the listing.

2. Recycled products are salvaged from vintage or newer products. Typically they will show some wear. Sometimes the rarest products listed at Mazing Supplies are recycled items as you just can’t find them anymore. If an item is recycled, then this is noted in the listing.

3. New Old Stock (NOS) is vintage unused stock which has been lying on the warehouse shelf for many years. Often products are stored in their original boxes or wrappers. Look out for the amazing colours, shapes and decorations which you won’t find in today’s products – they are frequently new old stock. Most of the NOS at Mazing Supplies is 60 – 80 years old. If an item is new old stock or NOS, then this is noted in the listing.

Vintage items at Mazing Supplies are generally between 20 and 100 years old and may show the passage of time. Often these products still carry the dust from the warehouse and will need a gentle clean.
Buyers should expect to see patina, pitting, small inclusions and wonky shapes from the making process — that’s all part of the charm of buying vintage! If this is not your style, then please instead consider the new items available at Mazing Supplies.

Shipping
If you pay more than US$1.00 over the actual cost of postage and packaging in your shipping costs, then I will refund the difference.

Photographs
Product photographs are a large part of the description, so please view them carefully. Most are a typical example of what you will receive and not the actual items. Where indicated, some product photographs are the actual items.

I endeavour to produce images as true to life as possible. Please be aware however, that image colour can vary according to the technology used so there may be some difference between the image you see on the screen and the actual item.

Any photographic props shown are not included in the sale.

Shipping is by the following methods:

❖ AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Your purchase is shipped via Australia Post Standard Service and may require a signature on delivery. Insurance and tracking is not included in the price. It usually takes 3 – 10 business days for posted items to arrive, sometimes longer at peak times.

❖ INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Your purchase will be shipped via Australia Post Airmail Service and this does not include tracking or insurance. The item will transfer to a postal service provider/s in the destination country. A signature on delivery may be required for some items. Insurance and tracking is not included in the price. It usually takes a minimum of 15 – 20 business days for items to arrive. Sometimes it can take as long as 5 - 8 weeks, especially at peak times.

International Customers are responsible for ensuring that by importing their purchase, they are abiding with the destination country’s importation laws, customs and any other requirements. The Customer is responsible for any costs additional to the original purchase and shipping invoice related to importing your item, There may be additional customs and import taxes to pay, and also unforeseen customs delays. The Seller is not responsible for these charges or delays.

❖ CHRISTMAS ORDERS
Avoid the Christmas rush and order before the 15 November. At this time of the year there may be unforeseen delays. The Seller is not responsible for items that do not arrive at the destination by an expected date.

❖ YOUR OPTIONS
Mazing Supplies accepts PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account to pay through Paypal. You can use your credit or debit card via PayPal without opening an account. ❖ CORRECT ADDRESS?
Your purchase will be sent to the address you provide through the Etsy checkout. Please note that if the name and address on your PayPal and Etsy accounts do not match, I will not accept the transaction and will refund any payment made.

❖ TO RESERVE OR HOLD AN ITEM
Please contact the Seller via Etsy Conversations if you wish to reserve items before purchase. I am happy to hold these for you for 72 hours. After this, the order will be cancelled without notice, unless the Seller has agreed to hold the items longer via Etsy Conversation. Since I am destashing, many of the supplies in this shop are one-off offers - and it is unfair to other Customers if items are reserved for long periods of time.


Returns & exchanges

❖ If you have an issue with your item/s, please contact me via email on Etsy Conversations within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods (and before leaving feedback). Items returned without prior agreement will not be accepted - and you may not need to return the item/s at all.

❖ The Seller abides by Australian Consumer Law in relation to Refunds and Exchanges of Goods. Please read the information below carefully.

❖ Not all refunds require the return of goods, so if you wish to claim a refund please send an Etsy Conversation in the first instance explaining the circumstances and any supporting information, such as a photograph of the item, where applicable.

Under Australian Consumer Law, the Seller is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
• is unsafe;
• is significantly different from the sample or description; or,
• doesn’t do what the listing said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and the Seller will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, the Seller will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Goods are not required to be returned in the original packaging.

Should the Seller request the return of goods, the Seller will refund the costs of any postal charges that you pay in relation to returning goods for Refund or Exchange. The Seller requires that the posted returned goods are tracked to prevent loss - and that the Seller is sent the postal details via Etsy Conversations to prove it has been mailed. This protects you should the item be lost in transit.

Please keep your proof of purchase and postage— e.g. your postal receipt, PayPal notification etc.

Yes. International Customers are welcome. Shipping costs and expected delivery times are listed with each item. Please read the Shop Policies / FAQ’s before purchase.
