• All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking within the United States.
• We are happy to combine multiple items to ship, and will adjust shipping costs accordingly.
Shipping Policy For Shipping within the United States:
All shipping is done through USPS Priority mail which provides tracking and delivery confirmation. The USPS insures each “package” for up to $50.00. If your item exceeds $50.00, we strongly advise that you purchase extra insurance to cover the full cost of your item. Once your item leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for it. Though it is the rare occurrence, there are times when a package is lost or damaged during the shipping process. If you chose to purchase extra insurance, please contact us PRIOR to payment and check out.
If your parcel does arrive damaged, retain ALL packaging material, the shipping invoice, and the box in which it arrived. Take your item, along with its packing materials, to the Post Office. The Post Office will do an inspection and file an insurance claim for your reimbursement. Please do not return the parcel to SherisShaat. Insurance claims must be filed by the receiver of the parcel. To ensure that we are providing our clients accurate information and protection, we explicitly asked the Post Office to document their process in the case of a parcel becoming damaged during shipping. You now have the definitive answer we received. They were adamant as to their process and will accept no deviation from it.
If you would like us to combine multiple items for shipping, please contact us prior to payment and check out so that we are able to adjust any shipping charges, etc.

SherisShaat accepts Paypal/Major Credit Cards and Etsy Gift Cards. At this time, personal checks are not accepted.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made directly with us.
We understand that emergencies can happen … In the event that you are unable to pay for your item immediately, please communicate/contact us ASAP. If payment needs to be delayed, we will try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.
Returns & exchanges
Refund/Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of items within seven (7) days of receipt of purchase. Merchandise must be returned exactly as received. SherisShaat must be notified within 48 hours of your item being delivered to you, that you wish to return it to us. .Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
