I loved all of the cutters I purchased but was disappointed with shipping and communication. I updated the address for the shop owner to correct but they didn't get it right so it was sent back to them. Once I finally received it there were 4 cutters missing. I contacted them and explained that I am frustrated as I ordered the cutters in time to arrive the week before I needed them but with all of the errors I was left hand cutting cookies for an order. The shop owner responded by saying my order had been costly for them and suggested they weren't making money off my order. No, your mistakes were costly... not my order. I am a small business owner myself and human error happens but I always fix my mistakes instead of telling my customer I am losing money.
