Shipping & policies
Your Purchase should be shipped within 24 hours of Etsy notifying us of receipt of your payment.
The exception is: Weekends, and U.S. Holidays.

Weekdays, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
We ship most items by USPS (United States Postal Service) PRIORITY MAIL, which includes insurance and tracking (delivery confirmation). You will receive notice when your item ships that will include the tracking number. The tracking number can be used on the USPS web site to follow the progress of your item on its journey to you.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct on your Etsy Invoice. It may be different than the address attached to your PayPal account.
The shipping prices listed are only estimates from the USPS rate calculator. If the postage you paid EXCEEDS the actual cost of shipping by $2.00, we will issue a refund for the difference (rounded to the whole dollar) using your original payment method. If for any reason, the actual cost of shipping is HIGHER than the price charged to the customer, no additional shipping will be charged to you.
We do ship to some select countries. Please communicate with us though Etsy
before purchasing if you have questions. For international shipping we use USPS (United States Postal Service).
International shipments will be accurately described and valued on the customs forms. You may be responsible for duty fees charged by customs at time of delivery. Custom charges vary from country to country and are completely out of our control and are your responsibility for payment.

Please contact us immediately, through Etsy Communication, if you want to return an item. This communication must be done no later than seven (7) days of receipt of the item. We will reply back to you as soon as possible to resolve any issues, or issue you a return authorization.
If a refund is issued it will be for the cost of the item only, not including the shipping costs to you, and back to us. If you return an item to us, you will have to pay the cost of shipment back to us. Do not ship any items back to us without receiving a return authorization.
If we request you to ship an item back with a return authorization, you must ship it using USPS (United States Postal Service) and the item must be insured at the value you paid for the item.
ITEMS BROKEN OR DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:
Please contact us immediately if an item is received damaged or BROKEN. Most items are shipped with insurance to cover their value. We pack our items well with good protection to keep the item safe. In many cases items are double boxed for protection on the journey to you.
When you contact us concerning damage, please attach photos of the broken item, and of the packaging that the item was shipped in. This is very important since photos are required by the carrier as proof of damage to process a claim.
We will respond to your communication as soon as possible, and assist you with initiating a claim with the carrier. You the customer are very important to us, and we will work closely with you and the carrier in the processing of the claim.
The USPS or other Carrier will make the decision as to whether your damaged item is covered under the insurance. The carrier will, in most cases, issue a refund for the item.. Again we will be working with you to process the claim quickly and in your best interest.
