Items ship via Priority Mail and will include a tracking number. Priority Mail delivers between 2-5 business days, depending on where you live.
If your package says "delivered". It is assumed that it has been delivered and in your possession. I can not be held responsible for items that state such.
Please be sure that the shipping address is correct. Etsy is not set up to edit addresses. Any invalid addresses are the responsibility of the buyer for reshipment and cost.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Your item has been personalized for you. Refunds and returns are not accepted. If your item was received damaged, I will need the item returned or in some cases, a photo of the damaged item must be received within 7 days of delivery.
If you sent me the wrong letter, monogram, or color, I cannot offer refunds. If an invalid shipping address is provided I am not responsible for shipping charges to reship item.
If additional information is requested, you will be contacted. If the requested information is delayed, processing time will also be delayed.
