I currently accept direct checkout (any cc or debit cards that etsy accepts as payment) and Paypal. For paypal orders, the $ will be in my account immediately, meaning I can order your supplies and start on your order right away.
If placing an order with direct checkout there may be a 2 day delay to make sure your payment processes before handling and shipping.

Enclosure folders, envelopes, and (non personalized) laser slide in cards can be returned in most cases, but a 30% restocking fee will apply.

Custom invitation orders are non-refundable. If an order is not delivered by expected ship date (for most custom invitations 3-4 weeks from purchase date) please message me to find a resolution. If any order is more than 8 days late past the 4 week handling time for most invitations, I will provide a full refund if needed, minus design fees (max $25 design fees charge).
For enclosure folder orders, any returns will incur a 10% restocking fee plus buyer must pay return shipping.

Any items damaged in shipping will be covered by insurance, however I can not always provide a full refund, however I can remake any orders if needed in that case.
