I use the USPS for all of my shipping. Most orders are shipped "Priority Mail" unless it is a large item and then it is sent "Parcel Select" or a package that weighs 16 oz. or under.
Please allow ample time to receive International orders. Some International shipments can take up to 24 days when shipped "Priority International".

Customers have 6 hours to cancel order for a refund.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Due to the fact that our items in the shop are custom handmade our return policy is very limited. If you are not happy with an item you purchased from the list below you have 48 hours from the time you receive your order to request a refund in the amount of the purchase minus a 15% restocking fee. I will need the items shipped back at the BUYERS EXPENSE.

Custom Color/Personalized orders and rush orders MAY NOT be returned or refunded.
If you receive your item and it is incorrect please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the package and I will give you instructions on rectifying the issue.
If the item that you received is broken or damaged please notify me within 48 hours of receiving package. If you notify me after 48 hours I will not be able to ship a new item.
If you have not received your item after it has been marked shipped you will need to contact your local USPS mail carrier or Local USPS Post Office with the tracking number .
