My lead time for personalized or customized orders varies, depending on the volume of your order. Typically, 1 to 3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Some orders may possibly take as long as 3 to 5 business days before they are ready to ship. As holidays approach, please bear in mind that orders can take longer due to the volume of orders I currently have. These instances will be noted in my shop's header, or in the shipping section of my shop, if necessary.

Each item made with Sterling Silver, Copper, or Brass will come to you in an airtight plastic zip locked bag, along with a 3M Tarnish-Guard. I highly recommend storing these items in an airtight bag/container with the tarnish-guard, when not in use. **IMPORTANT NOTE: Please understand that Copper, Brass, and Sterling Silver will oxidize naturally with exposure. Brass and Copper will patina, which is completely expected and can look very pretty. If you would like to encourage a nice patina, then do nothing and just allow your piece to remain exposed to the air. If you would prefer to prevent patina/tarnish entirely, there are all-natural non-harsh methods of keeping your item clean. I will include a care sheet with these orders.**
